Reservation Price Estimate Reservation Price Estimate prior to service is only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Discretionary Gratuities, Tolls, Stops, Voucher Charge, Telephone Usage Charges, Surcharge for pets and extra in-car bags, Waiting Time (when applicable), Parking, and Other Service Fees are not included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Hourly Rates Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the Golden Limo facility until the time it returns to the Golden Limo facility (Garage-to-Garage). Charges are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the facility to begin service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the facility. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the Reservation Price Estimate, however does not always reflect the exact number of billable hours. All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour increment.
Wait Time Golden Limo monitors all commercial airline arrivals. A 30-minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and 60 minutes on all international arrivals. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply. Waiting time charges are accrued in 30-minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. Extra Stops Chauffeurs directed to make an extra stop during point-to-point travel will be charged the base fare rate plus the hourly charge for the vehicle in fifteen minute increments for the time that the chauffeur waits. If there is more than one stop or if the one stop lasts more than an hour then the trip will convert to an hourly charge.
Processing Fee Processing Fee is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not relate to the specific trip. The Processing Fee is calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Cancellation and No Show Policy Changes and cancellations require 24 hours advance notice. If passenger fails to cancel reservation at least 24 hours before pickup time the full base fare will be billed. A no show fee equal to the base fare and other fees will be billed if the passenger fails to cancel or arrive, as scheduled, at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location. To avoid a late cancellation or no show fee, the reservation must be cancelled in accordance with Golden Limo cancellation policy. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying Golden Limo will result in a no-show charge. Golden Limo is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
Child Safety Seats Golden Limo can provide Child Safety Seats upon request. Golden Limo may charge fee for the use of baby seat or booster seat. HOWEVER, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS. THE DECISION TO USE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS PROVIDED BY Golden Limo IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER Golden Limo, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY RIDE OR TRIPS YOU MAY TAKE OR TRANSPORTATION YOU MAY USE, AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE.
Lost or Misplaced Items Please note that Golden Limo assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.
